TYG Online is an on demand video library of yoga classes. Classes vary in length and style and feature experienced and skilled teachers. We aim to bring you the same yoga you love in our studio, with the same teachers you love, in an online format that can be done anywhere at any time.

• $25/mo with 3-day free trial - gives you unlimited access to our online video database.

Information on Signing Up:

1. Click “Create an Account” above.

2. Choose a plan, and enter your payment information (You will have 3 days free. If you cancel during those three days you will not be charged. If you don’t, you will be charged monthly for the plan you chose. Note that your first month will be pro-rated.

3. Log-in and watch! 

A few things to note:

• We have learned that Safari is giving some people issues. If you can open this in Chrome or a browser other than Safari, you will be in better shape.

• Your username and password for this program are different than your username and password for MindBody. They are not integrated programs. Please create a new one for this :)
