Jessica is a certified 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher. What started as a simple way to exercise, ended up becoming the guiding force through some unexpected and difficult events that would take place in her life. As she deepened her connection with her body through asana, she found more importantly that she was deepening her connection with her mind. Yoga impacted her life so greatly that she sought out teacher training through the Powerflow School of Yoga under the teachings of Stacy Bell and Carrie Parker in 2017. Her practice continues to inspire her to discover strength within herself everyday. Through her energetic and focused classes, she hopes her students also find strength. More importantly, she hopes her students practice mindfulness, focus, breathe and find a positive perspective in life both on and off of the mat.
