Mariella Díaz es certificada RYT de 500 horas donde pasó muchas de esas horas contemplando lo que el "yoga" significaba para ella. Cuando comenzó sus estudios, se sintió fascinada por la progresión de la asana, se sintió atraída por la respiración como un vehículo para la conecion spiritual y se vio envuelta en el sentido de comunidad que ofrece la yoga. También se dio cuenta de que no todas las posturas eran para ella, que no siempre entendía las enseñanzas de los maestros y que el viaje a veces es de preguntas y no de respuestas. Así comenzó sus estudios en yoga funcional o, el yoga de SUcuerpo. Las clases de Mariella incluirán discusiones sobre anatomía, en relación con la asana, para comprender mejor la parte más profunda de la práctica: entender la práctica de "usted". Sus influencias provienen de las tradiciones yóguicas de Yin, Vinyasa y Vini yoga bajo la tutoría de Jody Domerstad, Alison McCue, Kristen Brunello, Stacey Bell, Kim Copeland y todos los estudiantes que han tomado su clase. Mariella Diaz is an RYT 500-hour certified yoga instructor who spent many of those hours contemplating what “yoga” meant for her. When she began her studies she was fascinated by the progression of asana, was drawn to the breath as a vehicle for divination, and was enveloped in the sense of community that yoga offers. She also realized that not every pose was meant for her, that she didn’t always understand the teachings, and that the journey is sometimes one of questions and not answers. She thus began her studies in functional yoga or, the yoga of YOUR body. Mariella’s classes will often include discussions on anatomy, in connection with the asana, so that we best understand the deepest part of the yoga practice: finding the practice of “you”. Her influences stem from the yogic traditions of Yin, Vinyasa, and Vini yoga under the mentorship of Jody Domerstad, Alison McCue, Kristen Brunello, Stacey Bell, Kim Copeland, and every student who has ever taken her class. Her classes will be offered in Spanish.
