This is a recording of a livestream class.
A few feet of empty wall space is a very useful prop in yoga. It can help you deepen poses you do often, and help you get into poses you might not be able to do in the middle of the room. In this workshop, we use the wall for standing balancing poses, hip openers, backbends, and handstands. The workshop is open to all levels! Feel free to fast forward through anything you aren't feeling, or press pause to play more in certain poses. Blocks and/or a chair, and a blanket/pillow are needed for this class.
This 75 minute flow class starts by opening up the hips, lower back and side body. Lunges, balancing poses and warriors build up heat and allow for some deeper twists and stretches as it winds down with some hip opening before final rest.
